Don't just send offers, put a little effort forth and send at least a copy/paste message.

I would/will rather sit my guys for a season then just accept an offer from a team that puts no effort into recruiting. (some of these offers are coming from top 10 teams)

just my opinion but FAs want to feel wanted haha

My team doesn't have a major budget like some teams do but we do send a nice fruit basket once you sign your contract
