To further emphasize many different times it's been suggested, we really need all-time best stats.

Who has the most receiving yards for a season ever for a FB? I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it's Larry Centers.

Who has the most forced fumbles in sophomore tier this season?

Who has the most career passing yards? Who's 5th best?

Most rushing yards in a single game?

Stuff like this would add a lot to the game.

+1 to that, defiantly to most rushing Yards in a Single Game. That's what Real Teams have so it would be a great add on.

Also, the 1000 yard achievement probably does exist. All those yardage achievements are league related and he only has 592 in league play.

Still the GOAT though.

Yeah I agree. It's been suggested about 5 different times and we haven't got any kind of response. In my opinion, it's a huge thing that is missing from this game. Since we aren't actually "playing" the game, the whole stats aspect becomes even more important. Just imagine the bragging rights and drama around a team or player that is chasing a record.

I assume it hasn't been done because Corndog doesn't have the coding capabilities to do so. Or that the task would be daunting for him.

That being said some of the obscure stats are interesting to me but I don't know if I would care much about things like Rushing or passing yards.

It isnt difficult to display stats...it is probably the easiest thing to do.

Never say anything programming-related is easy if you don't know any programming.

I code in Java/Spring/Groovy/Grails and use Oracle DB every day.

But never opened GLB2 source code, so you basically know nothing.

I dont care what the source code looks like. Extracting data from a DB and displaying on a web page should be simple. They probably use prepared statements or some kind of ORM. I doubt they use stored procedures which would be more work.
