Pure passing teams will still be fine. Blitzing is still the best way to give up completions. The coverage changes actually affect them more than the blitzing ones. On the other hand balanced teams can go either way against the blitzing, since the blitz will get there against the pass and occasionally shut down the run game, or the passes could connect and the RBs can make it through the first level for big gains. It'll be interesting to see. Screens might come into play again

It doesn't help that you and Xars have veyr slow WRs and TEs with very little ability to get open.

Fast WRs on those slants in the WR3 slot can find open space pretty quickly on most CBs/defenses. I don't see blitzes being unbeatable here.
this kind of route (just grabbed a quickie, obviously we're not talking a 100 speedster here): http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/148959/3242009

This has been very interesting this offseason. I didn't watch the scrim but my Vet S* QB, who was sacked less than 10 times last season, ended up being sacked 17 times in one scrimmage game. Not sure if bhall is a terrible OC
or if my QB is turrible now

That's just the OPness of TE Drive against Cover 2. The FS always goes to cover the outside WR (WR1). WR3 runs the skinny post, gets inside position on the CB without inside help. The MLB and LO go in other directions. It's not the play to stop TE Drive but it's the play most people use.

You're a tier ahead. On an apples-to-apples basis by then I'll have all of my Receiving Skills done and a bunch more in Physicals. I understand your point, but it's not a static analysis. Had these changes been made last season, my builds would be different at the moment, yet end up at the same spot.
