What is that stat? Whats a PNCK for that matter?

Pancakes and Reverse Pancakes.

Basically when you pancake someone by knocking them on their ass and taking them out of a play. However, you get a reverse pancake if a blocker does the same to you and takes your own player out of the play

So REVPNK bad and PNK are good.

Depends on the position so let me rephrase what i meant. If you go to the defense tabs of the boxscore you see that all defense players get stats counted for REVPNK and PNKD. For them a reverse pancake is good because they're taking an offensive blocker out of a play be it a G,OT,C,TE,HB,etc. However a pancake is bad for them because they get taken out of a play by an offensive blocker.

Now if you go to the blocking tab in a box score you realize its switched around.

So basically

Pancake - offensive blocker takes out defensive blocker

Reverse Pancake - defensive blocker takes out offensive blocker
