Hey everyone, I new to the game and just learning all the different things you can do. For this next season Im hoping to be part of the coaching staff on a rookie team. Dont know much about online communities or forums but I plan to be very involved in the game next season. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas at all Im all ears. Thanks

Make players, be an active, good dot builder first, than be a OC/DC best way to be a great coordinator is learning how the game works with and without builds.

Obviously I have to make a shameless plug here, but fact of the matter is of those who use this tool have told me they can never go back to the old way of scouting.
But I digress... check out GLB2Scout.com as it will drastically reduce the effort and time of scouting other teams. In addition new features have been added to help scope a team out salary cap wise, in addition the ability to build a virtual player to see how attributes/traits etc. effect that players build.
But as CyberNinja has mentioned the best option is to network and find agents that are willing to help. Post questions in the FAQ/Help forums. For the most part you will get honest answers and friendly advice.

No injuries and no flags. Essentially the only positive/negative effects on game are morale and energy.
