1. Cape Verde Kings- Were finally beaten by the Hitmen but remain #1 in conference
2. South Africa Hitmen- Became the 1st team to finally stop the great Cape Verde team
3. Sahara Sandstorm- Played a very good game against the inconsistnent Braves team.
4. Lima Cheetahs- Played great against the very strong team from Casablanca
5. Casablanca Bogart's- Lost to a very good team in Lima
6. Mozambique Vampires- Beat a decent Tanzania team
7. Darfur Tyrants- Barely beat the weak Cybertron team
8. Baltimore Ballers- Won a close one against the Deserthawks
9. Tanzania Lumberjacks- Lost to an improving Mozambique team
10. Canandigua Braves- Got beaten by the Sandstorm
11. Durban Deserthawks- Lost to a decent Baltimore squad.
12. G- Vegas Pirates- Shutout the very very weak Sudan team
13. Cybertron Warmachine- Played very well against Darfur
14. Capetown Cowboys- I didnt think they would win but I was wrong
15. Burundi Bonestrippers- Lost to Capetown
16. Sudan Vipers- The Miami Dolphins of the league

wow... not that I really care but this has got to be the worst ranking of your season... you would make a better case that the sand storm are number one if you have some issue with us, but i am not sure what game you were watching but how you can watch the game with the kings and still think they rank higher then us... simply amazing...

Overall, the Kings are the higher rated team in the many different sub categories. The Hitmen don't have an advantage anywhere, and are only tied in some. Also, the score was very close, and if the Kings had equal chemistry, we most likely would have won the game. The hitmen are good, and they had a good game, but wins and losses don't necessarily reflect which team is better. Regardless, these rankings are purely fun, but they don't really mean anything...

What matters is the playoffs and both teams are locked to go there, so these last few games are more of less scrimmages to work out some kinks and find more options that work. Not a big deal, just wait till the playoffs and we'll see how well all the teams do when the rubber meets the road. (Ask the Patriots how important their 16-0 regular season record was)

i guess you didn't learn your lesson taking about rankings and crap before, higher ranked in "sub-categories" eh? what exactly are these "sub categories" more stats you padded against all 3 of the 0 win teams you have played? Please enlighten me where you think you are ranked above us... no really please...

it can be fun and he is entitled to his opinion, and that's fine, i never said this list was anything then what it is, i just stated my opinion that it is simply ludicrous that we soundly beat you and the same night someone still says you are better...

And spare me on the bullshit about chemistry, you lost because your defensive secondary is weak and we exploited it, you don't go 90/10 pass against a team with a good defensive backfield do you?

one of these posts you are going to learn to keep you mouth shut, because politely posting like an idiot is still posting like an idiot, only in a more pleasant manner...

you have less of a clue then your team mate, its not what you do or dont do against the weak teams, the numbers are skewed... its what you do against the good teams...

yes everyone is entitled to their opinion, but when you post that opinion in a public forum it is implied that you want feed-back, thus the whole concept of the "reply" button in a forum... so to catch you up gotitans posted his opinion, i posted mine, your team mate came in once again talking about rankings and sub-categories, he was as usual put in his place, you came in tried to get rooster chested... this is like your buddy coming in asking for facts when he didn't have any... so what your saying is that you expect me to let people express their opinions about my team, and not reply? i see... how is that working for you... what brought you into the post again?

hey-- you're right. wins and losses don't necessarily reflect who is better. all things being equal, wins and losses reflect whose Owner / Coaches / GM's are better. I'll take our crew any day.

when the playoffs roll around you might get your chance to prove to us you're better. when the time comes we'll show up and do work. If I were you I'd spend less time patting yourself on the back for being #1 in these rankings and more time trying to figure out what went wrong today. That's just me.

I'm not going to say anything else about today's win or the rankings... in the end it's just one win, and we have another tough one coming up against Sahara. If we don't take care of business then we'll be the ones talking about how we're better statistically than they are / how we were trying different things with the game plan, yadda yadda yadda. the reason football is so great (even sim football) is that in the immortal words of Herm Edwards, "you play the GAME to win. you PLAY the game to win. you play the game to WIN." Today we won.

Now I went back and read them, it's really hard telling what the better team is though. Just like real NFL I guess, there's always the deal where this team beat this team, but then that team lost to that team, but yet you can't put this team above that team because of it....yadda yadda yadda.
