The only thing I don't see why is relevant to the rating formula is Defensive Sacks Rank, not sure why that would go into a formula like this when it obviously stands out from the rest of the categories. Why not TFL/PD's or Broken Tackles ? Not that I'd like to see those added to the formula, just pointing out that unlike FF/FR/INT's, and the other things that are included in the formula, sacks really don't determine much other than does your team get sacks. Is it included because GLB puts such a strong emphasis on sacks for determining Defensive MVP or what ?

I took my formula off of what Aeir previously had, so I don't mind adjusting it. Sacks might play a part in weighing some teams higher than other due to defensive scheme.

Per PD's I do track those and TFL as well, but broken tackles I do not.

Let me see what will happen to the rankings if I remove sacks from the equation.

Which only to his point I think is that gives more weight to a team that plays those cupcakes. SoS is factored in there, but there are plenty of other categories that glorify the ass-whooping you give the other team.
