Hello.

So, I've made a new QB to this season but the first game was a total disaster.

I was 10/27 for 134,5 yards with 1 touchdown pass and ended up with a QB rating of 66.

We lost the game 24-7 and I had to share snaps with another QB in our team who recieved a QB rating of 54, he had 3 more snaps than me.

So I need some help on what to put my points in first.
Here is my QB; http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/123486

I know I need to improve pass technique, pass accuracy, pass awareness, heart and conditioning but I'm not quite sure of what to put my points in first at this time.

My completion rate was really low, just 37% although our recievers had 12 drops during the game.
Is my build just so bad or is it the recievers that suck?

Thank you for taking your time to read this and giving me some tips.

Also.

I think my QB is better than the other one on our team, still he had more snaps.
I had a higher QBRTG and passed for more yards, he was 10/25.

How long will it take for me to really be the starter and playing most snaps if things continue like this?

First off, you're on a CPU team, so don't expect any fantastic passing results anytime soon. Especially at rookie level. You're not on a human run team that's organized around a coherent plan. The CPU will call plays that don't work particularly well compared to a human run team that will call more effective plays more often.

To get more playing time, pump your conditioning upwards of 30+ and toughness a bit to 20 or so. It'll help you stay on the field longer and more often with the frequent substitution settings used by CPU teams. If you have more conditioning than the other QB, you'll see more snaps because you'll be fresher more often.
