Teams will be released mid morning to afternoon on Saturday.
They need to handle the promotion and resetting of teams first. Shrink leagues of Sophomore to Vet based on remaining teams. Shuffle veteran owner rookie teams into their own leagues. Then assign new rookie teams.

A little bit of both. Often times, in college, even if the home environment isn't safe, they find a new, comfortable support group and come out then.
