I am not sure you can generalize this question. It would be valid if it were based on position/style O or D though.

Not sure if people ignore it, but most players, especially on defense, need high balance.

Balance is simply a skill needed if you avoid other skills (generally with exceptions for anyone running or catching the ball).

I get balance to high levels on pretty much my entire team except QB. Can't play football with your arse on the ground.

Some balance is important, but high balance is lol unless you are disregarding other traits.

According to you I thought it was Zone Awareness?

Srsly tho, for defense it is diving, for offense it is toughness IMO.

Intimidation. It's so, so good on so many positions (linemen, especially, but also LBs, FBs, Ss, HBs), and yet so ignored. If you have a hard hitting player, you NEED to be pumping intimidation.

Diving on D, though, definitely deserves consideration.

Defense needs Toughness much more than Offense. Offense is going to win most rolls (or they should). Defense is going to lost most rolls and hence need Toughness.

Diving may be underrated but since no one's really pumped it properly, we don't really know. It may suck and our ad version to it could be justified.
