Hawaii Bulls vs. Air Raid - Two best teams in the league, probably two of the top three in the game. Can Air Raid put a blemish on Hawaii's perfect season?

Harrisonburg Bulldogs vs. Cobra Kai - Winner of this game will have the upper hand to make the playoffs and likely will face Hawaii in round one.

Unfortunately someone from Alpha will be in the actual playoffs.

It is a bit unfortunate that one of those 4 teams won't make the playoffs. That'd be a hell of a bracket.

To think they were free agent builds about to be retired. One is now 3rd on the HOF.

the worst thing possible for HBurg is that Ck/Air Raid/Hawaii all went 1-1 against each other... now no possible way we make the playoffs, even with a W against Air Raid... ughhhhh

no, they fooled me... my defensive 2WR play was set up specifically to stop the screen and they never ran it... and plowed up the middle on 2 WR sets repeatedly instead and averaged something like 8 YPC in those sets. I talked to tezed lastnight and I wonder if from our convo he knew I was going to sell out on the screen... I may have said to much. If I went with my standard 2 WR defensive plays, it very well could have been the difference in the game.

Defense had a REALLY good second half (only score being a long broken run up the middle). We couldn't stop jack on 3rd downs in the first half... I think they were 7 of 8.

Offensively our two most called plays were 2/5 priorities for medium/long passes, while I have 3 other plays at 5/5 priority. our 5/5 priority QB run for outside AND inside rushing was NEVER CALLED. Playcalling enfuriates me sometimes.

Your offensive play calling was really weird, I expected you to run a handful of QB rollouts. As for our conversation last night, it kind of confirmed my theory that you would do sell out. I figured your would stop what happened against the Burghers, plus you called us the best screen team in the game a few days ago.

so basically I need to stop talking so much... haha. If anything i should have used reverse-psychology and ended up overloading the middle on 2 WR sets.

I think my trailing logic needs to get tweaked... there's no reason my QB rush plays should have never been called being 5/5 priority for both inside and outside runs. Too bad we're now only playing for pride for the rest of the league schedule... blah. I have some re-vamping that needs to be done this offseason. I think top HoF regulars Akeem Jordan and Charles Haley might just be done with their careers.

Part of the problem with having a bunch of options for playcalling with the way Harry's built the roster is that you have a bunch of options for playcalling
