How should I do my base stats? High str, spd, agi? What does he need in awareness? What skills and such are best?

If you haven't done enough research to know who the best Power HB in the game is, no one can help you.

I looked at his traits. Trait unpredictable would indicate more a combo back then power rusher. Thus the question. As unpredictable gives cost reduction to elusive and power running at the expense of -6 cap on both.

He's a S*, just like my S* QB taking Dual Threat.
You can work around the negative cap.

Ok let me rephrase it. Knowing Storm has that trait. Also 3 SA of Juke, Mr Reliable and Power Through combined with being an S* would imo classify him as a combo back. I don't know What his overall distribution is but what was asked was how to build a power back.
What Storm shows in atm probably the best way to build an s*HB and wish I had looked at Storm before I built my s*HB but everyone talks about him as a power back but everything I have seen this past few weeks reading up on power back and watching him suggests Storm is a combo back.
Now I and possibly others are trying to find information on building a power back. Without s* ability. I have one in sophomore but haven't been on a human team yet and I think some caps might be low but don't know.

Storm has Stiff Arm from what I've seen. Definitely more of a Power Back than a Combo. Jimbo Jumpback is a combo HB
