Its that time of season where it gets cold and rainy lets show some rain and when winter time comes up it snows amd it has to affect the players too like them slipping

That would add an unnecessary layer to the simulator. Also, you'd expect rain and snow to be animated, which would bust your browser processing off the charts.

I'm trying to be nice, but really weather is one step above injuries, it's really not necessary and would probably be more of a pain then it's worth.

I think you misread that

Partly cloudy with a strong chance of MASSIVE DATA USAGE.

Explain why we should want an extra layer of randomness and complication to the game - why do you WANT more slipping and to see players under perform?
I know it's realistic, but I don't see the actual utility of this, any time it's come up here or on GLB1.

Yup, like I said weather is one step above injuries on the stupid useless stuff meter.

So, let's think about this.
Seasons in GLB2 are 48 days long and run year-round. There is no simulation of "months" in the game. With all that laid out, what would weather bring? Roughly 3 full seasons of "winter" weather (November through March). Roughly 1 season of "rainy" weather (April/May). Roughly 3 seasons of "hot" weather (June, July, August, September). Roughly 1 season of "cool" weather (October).
You see the problem here?
If you're suggesting coding time be set aside to build "months" into the schedule, I'd list out about 10,000 things more important.
Besides...
