You're a HB. You must still have pretty good top end speed.

the S* power HB on my team has an end goal of 90+ power running and speed, the reg power HB has an end goal of 80 power running and 75 speed

With Cap Boosters, do you have to decide where to spend each as soon as you get it? Or can you wait awhile?

can wait as long as you like -- or even let it sit on the shelf and never use it.

You can use them whenever you please after you get them. All they do is increase the cap by 5 each. You still have to spend the skill points to fill up those 5 points.

It automatically asks if you want to use a cap booster when you try and take a skill above it's cap. You can back out of the skill purchase to get the cap booster back too, so long as you don't save the changes.
