Agree, it is useful on the right build at the right position.

I had thought about taking it on a running QB too, since it's hard to get the caps high enough without being a S*. Otherwise after a few seasons you're at your stat caps with no where useful to spend points...unless you want *gasp* passing skills...

Positions that Slow built are great for:


Kicker - Gives you the ability for TBs and FG kicker in one position.
Pass Rush DT/DE - 100 Pass Rush Tech
Run Stuffer DT/DE - 100 HG/BRB
Blitzing LB
WR
Scat Back
1 Dimesional OL
Punter

With cap boosters you can do a lot of that without slow built and without suffering on the SP cost.

But yeah... you only use it on a select few positions and specialists. Like a superstar punter that wants to take intimidation to 100.

Is this a suggestion to make Slow Built pointless at the end of a story?

I think Rambo is using the suggestions forum for his own personal notes.


- Snap reaction is useless on a Kicker
- Don't ever build a CB KR/PR
- 100 power rushing/100 balance + D-league team = Top Play Dominance
