We are ditching the run. Pass all the way. With about averg 30 in condition how many WR would you think would be a good amount and not hurt your team.

Depends on the plays you run. If you're only using 3-4 WR sets, 5 is plenty. If you go 5 wide a lot, 6 is probably better.

Running exclusively 3WR-5WR sets last season in professional, I found that 6 WRs with 50-60 conditioning still got a bit worn out towards the end of games. Typically all the WRs would finish games in the 50-60 energy range.
Like Aeir said above, it depends on what formations you're using, and how frequently you use them.

honestly, the 5WR formation isn't really even necessary. the only reason to use it is to attempt to stress the opposing team CB's energy/morale. But if you've only got 4WR and a TE, you're not really able to do that effectively without still stressing your own receiving corps energy/morale too.

Go much higher in conditioning. 30 is too low for any skill position in Soph.

rolling with 4 WRs is like rolling with 4 CBs... it can be done, but not very comfortably...
an big issue we're dealing with in HBurg right now, due to cap

what do you guys have on averg as condition tho? Because we are going that route this season.

easier to do on offense though where you can simply choose to use heavier formations. Defenses usually need to be more flexible.

40 con is typical at seasoned or journeyman, and beyond.
I don't think your energy level affects gameplay like morale. Right? Assuming you aren't at zero. Obviously at zero energy on the field your player drops top sprinting speed and basically all skills tank. i.e. fumbles etc. But if he's above 1 energy I haven't seen a drop in ability. And 40 is pretty healthy. 50 on some positions.

My WR maxed conditioning at 39 for most of his career. There are some games, where you can see a significant drop of plays in the 4th quarter.
If I would build a WR for the offense (not ST) again, I wouldnt go below 50 conditioning.

We're in the same division and League but I'm a transparent type of guy.
I run with 4 WR and exclusive play 3WR sets. My S* is on for every play. The other three rotate the last two spots.
The Conditioning of all of them is much higher than 30 already and it's where I'll use cap boosters down the road.
The range is 39-50 of my guys to start Soph.
