Since it's the season and it's drawing near an end, what's your favorite Oktoberfest style beer?

I'm not exactly a beer connoisseur on account that about half of all beers make me instantly nauseous due to some undiscovered food intolerance that I have, but Sam Adams Oktoberfest is indeed a tasty beverage!

A local brewery here in Cincinnati makes a really good Oktoberfest Marzen. You'd like it if you like Ayinger's.

Obviously, I'm a fan of Weihenstephan.

Love all their beers.

Last kid leaves the house next year, so I'm hopefully going to Oktoberfest next year!

Foothills Brewery™ here in Winston has a really good Oktoberfest beer.

goes really good with this:

Bacon Wrapped Trout

Trout filet stuffed with Granny Smith apples, wrapped in bacon, and topped with lemon caper beurre blanc

Just so happened I brought one of these over to my MIL house when she made beef stew last weekend. Almost like that beer was made for beef stew and vice versa.
