If you are on a team roster to start the new year you get a +25 chem bonus.

Yes pleeease!!!

I like this suggestion more so then the +50 during the off-season period. There are 2 extremes and I believe this is the middle.

Could also do some sort of 3 game preseason, where chem counts but the stats don't accumulate. Would help OC's and DC's figure out what they have before game 1 as well.

Compromise position:

If a player is on a team that folds or re-sets(at any level) they get the off-season grace period to sign with a team at bonus chemistry.

I'd also like to see a "Day 0" Bonus chem... represents real life guy was with the team in the off-season doing OTA's etc..

This would involve adding some new variable to every player that has to be tracked. I'd imagine that greatly reduces the odds of implementation.

Can we get this added for this off-season since there will be a bunch of new teams hitting vet combining w/ the old ones.
