Show me the money!

If the game is going to be centered around the concept of Agents then negotiating salaries needs to be a bigger part of the game. It will make it a lot more entertaining for the individual agent, especially for those who just want to create players and not have any kind of team management role. I recommend adding some stats for each individual agent (1)Lifetime Commission Earnings, (2) Current Season's Commission Earnings, and (3) Average Commission Earnings Per Season. The agent would get a % of each negotiated salary. For extra fun, you could allow agents to cash in earnings for Flex. You could also add the concept of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 season contracts with a clause stating if the agent or the owner turns inactive then the contract can be broken.
