#1 The Salty Runback 14 vs Legacy 13 http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/game/106796For a team that passes as much as Salty does they really like the good old fashion low scoring games as in most of their ladder game they hold teams to about 14 points as well as averaging about 14 points outside a few explosive games. This one was no different at a 14 to 13 score that wasnt decided till 4 minutes left in the game. Salty started the scoring with 7 mins left in the 1st to go up 7-0 but after that couldnt findd any offense as legacy put up 13 straight points. Though it shouldn't be a surprise since both teams tried to run it on each other 20+ times for a feeble 3 yards avg or less for both teams. Unfortunately for Legacy, Salty QB Rag has an annoying penchant for comebacks.

#2 Hawaii Bulls 41 vs Helmand Provincial Pathan Pansies 21 http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/game/106799Idk what happened to Hemland but man have they fallen on hard times and Hawaii took advantage of that to coast to an easy win here. Storm was the stud of the games as usual putting up 300 yards, 3 tds and a jaw dropping 100 yards after contact. It was a much needed win for Hawaii as they are still 4 behind Salty in what seems to be an uphill battle with elo.

I always feel like Hawaii should have more but when your a counter sweep offense its hard to find anything that isnt just hb running free for 20+ yards before a defender catches up.
#3 Air Raid 56 vs American Hustlers 50 http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/game/106798So much for defense, as Air Raid seems to have gone back to the shootout days of old. They managed to win this game but the question remains, how long can they keep this up before they start to loss games like last season? They have to play a tigher defense if they dont want to fall back into the slump they had last season. This game was too close for comfort as well as a missed 49 yard field goal in the 1st quarter ended up forcing this game into overtime. If I had to pinpoint where things went wrong for Air Raid's defense it would have to be the big play. They gave up a shocking amount of plays for over 7 yards that it destroyed what looked like solid stops by the defense. Teams will exploit this if they dont fix it.

#4 Harrisonburg Bulldogs 39 vs Warsaw Wrath 36Another close game shoot out though this one comes vs the usually stout defense of the Bulldogs. Harrisongburg looked like it was going to have another strong defensive game but all hell broke loose in the 4th when Warsaw turned it from a 28-17 game to a 31-36 game with 2 minutes to go. but that turned out to be too much as the Bulldogs scored with just 30 seconds left to go. Warsaw then ate two sacks on 3rd and 4th down to seal their fate.

This one went the other way though as Glasgow gave up a td in the forth with a 1:30 left. They managed to get it to the to the 6 yard line on a 4th and 3 but flash came up a yard short and killed glasgow's chance of pulling off the victory. Their defense has looked better as of late but their offense still is a little sluggish. Will they ever find that offensive spark again?
