I think so, what about you?

I set a minimum for myself when building a player. I dont know, if it is the first thing I think about, but it is a very important thing for me.

It varies by position for where the minimum should be when you first create a player. In general, I put most of my new players to 20 once created.

I go for 30 with new players. But sure, different positions need different caps.

I get most of my players up to 20 ASAP. Then on each level afterwards (I plan every player out and set "levels" as to what to get each skill up to before moving to the next level) I put 5 SPs into it until it maxes out.

It also varies by position and PT as when I max it for that level.

Conditioning is easily the most looked-over attribute by a lot of owners. I'm looking through the marketplace and thinking HBs need a lot more than 45-50 conditioning when they have sprinting/quickness in the 80s. I believe conditioning should be equal, or pretty close to the highest physical attribute of that player (for most positions).

Conditioning is something you can add more as you go. Don't over train it. start with 25 for rookie, possibly 30. Then watch your games and keep an eye on morale and energy levels. See how they preform in tough games and losses to get an idea of improvement.
