Is it just me, or does it feel like a waste of 50... FLEX to try a scrimmage when all you see is CPU teams? Or is the control in the team owners' hands', and they all denied me the privilege to scrimmage their team? Thanks.

The owner can pick the team they want to quickscrim. While your default options might be only showing CPU teams right now, that "default" list changes a few times a day. Plus, there are ways to quickscrim a team of your own chosing.
