4-1 start with Tampa, MoD, Hustlers and Dookie all getting good wins.

Dookie barely held on! It was a tale of 2 halves...and I was sure there was a dagger to the heart coming.

Ouch, a good start but we finished the week 5-6-1.

A lot of good matchups going on here. Tampa v Ronin in a top 10 showdown; Beta has three teams facing tough top 10 opponents, and MoD would almost certainly break into the top ten with a win. Gamma has three matchups with lower tier teams, including Nashville getting a preview on Alpine's farm team. Helmand also has a matchup with the lower tier against the very strong Hawaii Bulls, who just managed to put up 100 on the #3 pro team Air Raid. I'd suggest not using their defensive game plan.

MoD held off a late game charge to beat the Bogans, but still couldn't close the gulf from 11 to 10.

Detroit smothered MEM, even with giving away 2 turnovers.

Hustlers also lost in overtime after scoring in the last minute to force extra time, but just weren't able to drive for points in their first possession. Air Raid was hard to stop all game and they only needed one drive in OT to end it.

With Helmand and Nashville also losing to the underclassmen, the Orphans stood up to keep it from being a clean sweep of the old guys.

Overall, 6-6, including 1-1 against the top 10.

Both my Osprey teams won, and also the Alpine farm, so I'm taking it as a good ladder week.
