So Hosdude had informed us today that Andes is folding at the end of this season. So unless someone steps up and takes over the team or someone picks up a few of my guys from Andes, the journeyman thread will be folding at the end of this season. I will most likely pick up another tier if this happens though.

i know that feeling - i gave my team away and have capped expenditures per season at $10 but i'm cutting players and boosts all over

I'll definitely going to pick up another tier. I'm trying to decide if I want o pick up vet tier, sophomore or rookie next season since I have heavy involvement in all 3.

You could just do an "overall" ladder, that covers vets and any journeyman teams that push their way into the top 20 or whatever. Basically what bhall started this season.
