They both look tough, but taking into consideration # of WL trophies and PRO Tourney Trophies (1st second or third), Zeta appears to have a much stronger pedigree. If past performance is an indicator, it is likely that Zeta is the far tougher conference this season.

Rush Hour: 1 WL gold; 1 WL silver
Miami: 2 Pro Tourneys
Indianapolis: 5 Pro Tourneys; 2 WL golds

Meh. So update it. I was just trying to get a general sense of the most important trophies won by each league's teams. I will be surprised if the count is much different.
