Thoughts:

We have a Tie for first rank wise but the Ladder says Hawaii wins the tie, Hburg is right behind yorick who gets Hawaii, glasgow is right behind both of them, Air Raid gets +3 for the Salty upset, Hookers sank like a rock, so is the pelicans, and 13-15 seems to be a revolving door.

#1 Hawaii Bulls vs #3 Yorickshire Vase Breakers

The ladder match that Vase Breakerss really cant afford to lose and its against of the most dominate teams in GLB 2. Vase Breakers have a good run defense but I dont think that it will be enough this game. However, stranger things have happened and I know that when I pick Hawaii to lose they usually win and when I pick Vase Breakers to win they usually lose so with that in mind my prediction may seem odd but some people will understand why I picked it this way.

38-20 Vase Breakers

#2 The Salty Runback vs #17(por) Rocky Mountain Reapers

Good match up and reapers are a great team. With that said I dont see Salty losing after they got upset by Air Raid. Iexpect them to make a statement this game.

#4 Harrisonburg Bulldogs vs #24(pro) Oklahoma Outlaws

In a normally super low scoring game Hburg got blown out vs Salty. Good news is they are only 1 spot behind Vase Breakers and Hburg has a very winnable match up vs a team that isn't itself this season. I look at Hburg winning a good game vs a normally good team

#5 Glasgow Rangers vs #39(pro) Corning Cows

Glasgow is only 1 rank behind Hburg and they get a pretty easy game after a hard fought battle with the Ninjas. I expect them to coast this game

#6 Air Raid vs #45(pro) Sacramento B-Squad

Air Raid looked like the Air Raid of last season vs Salty and they got rewarded for it. Now the get a solid Challenge vs a Sacramento team that relies on the play of Mac Google to win. If Air Raid can keep him out of the endzone then its Air Raid's game to lose but the question is which Air Raid will we see?

#7 Lost Lounge vs #9 Cobra Kai

Lost Lounge lost to Dot Ball like I expected but that doesnt mean they are on the down, infact I still believe they are just as dangerous as they have been since their win streak. Cobra needs to be careful here as Lost Lounge can and will light up the scoreboard the question here is can Cobra keep up?

#8 Atlantic City Hookers vs #47(pro) 1up "Shooting Aeirballs"

Man what happened to the Hookers? Half their team is Inactive and they seemed to have lost any consistency they they had only a season ago. They got crushed in this match up last week and I expect much of the same as the Hookers continue to fall. I think the biggest question for this team is if they will still be around after this season and if Cobb sticks around.

#10 Andes Chinchillas vs #38(pro) Nashville Ninjas

Ugh repeat game. The Ninjas defense has stifled journeyman offenses this season including Andies. Look for this to be a low scoring grind it out game

#11 Louisiana Screaming Pelicans vs #43(pro) Tampa Bay Belligerent Drunks

Two losses have sent the Pelicans dropping after taht surge they had going for them. Tampa is however fresh off a win vs Vase Breakers. Can the Pelicans find their gusto before facing the Journeyman town whore? (seriously at this rate all the top 15 will have had a ride by the end of the season). I expect them to put up a ood fight but fall short to the drunks

38-28 Drunks

#12 Richmond Redskins vs #1(seasoned) Minnesota Stunners

This is a difficult game to call. Ruchmond has some good wins under its belt and some headscratching losses. While the stunners are the defeacto best team in their teir. Be fun to see if Seasoned's best can hold its salt vs the Journeyman top 15 which has tore through some good pro teams. I think the stunners will fall just a tad short though.

20-17 Richmond

#13 Berkeley Bowlers vs #59(pro) French Connection 2

Berkley is back after a nice win vs the Hookers and they get a team who has been beat up by every top 15 journeyman team they faced and I expect it to be the same thing here

39-20 Berkeley

#14 Savannah Stingers vs #15 Sacramento Hornets

The stinger are a resiliant bunch falling out and jumping into the top 15 frequently and this week they get a do or die game as the loser will most likely fall out of the top 15 again. I expect the Stingers to stick aorund after this one though

40-28 Stingers

Yeah dunno what's going on with the Hookers; Bowlers beat them in league play for what I think was the first time and half of that team is inactive (no game plan changes either).

Hookers already have guys coming to Hawaii

I've resigned myself to the fact that, for whatever reason, we're simply not built to overcome the SP differential between ourselves and pro teams. 3-9 in the ladder this year, all against Pro teams. Definitely gotten our share of tougher draws, but still, just frustrating to have lost 8 single possession games this season.

We're probably ultimately a top 20ish Veteran team after next season, but without a roster overhaul on defense, and a few upgrades on offense, I don't think we'll play top 10 ball.

Yeah, that makes sense but that isn't how it played out unfortunately. There is such a small margin of error in these Pro vs. J-man games and we made a few too many mistakes today.

We matched up well specifically against them. We had a good blitz going that game... The Blitz Brothers, Haley/Jordan got to him a combined 7 times for sacks, causing 2 fumbles... also had 6 hurries between the two of them

and I forgot to put in the right tactics set fml we had an easy win there
