Ok, so for just over a month now life's been fairly busy. So much so that when my players last team hit the reset button, I missed getting my players onto a new team in time. So since they didnt get a team, I put them on a CPU team for the season just so they could at least still get xp. I was able to log in again today and I find they are free agents again. Where did their team go? Its only been 2 weeks since I placed them on the team. Shouldnt they still be on a CPU team at least for the duration of a season? Really sucks they missed out on that much xp now. Basically only been on a team for 2 or 3 games this season. Pretty irritating that I will now have to burn flex to get them back to where they should be. I know its my own fault for not being able to log in and get them on a human run team during the off season, but how come I'm punished even more being kicked off a CPU team half way through the season?

The only answer I would have is that the CPU team was sold to a human agent and the human agent emptied the team. But why would they sell a CPU team half way through the season? Shouldnt that all be done in the off season?

There may be logic in place that drops players of inactive agents from CPU teams in order to ensure the players of active agents can find homes. During the offseason you should have a "catch up" option that will get your player up to the next level. All you lose is stats.

this, you get dropped for going inactive. Same as GLB1.

And +1 to just using the catch up option.

You can only catch up in off season though right?

If you do not do it at the end of one season is it still available at the end of the next season even if you got a full season of XP in the most recent season?

Yes. If you're cruising into the offseason with anything other than 0% experience, at any tier, you can use it to catch you up to the next tier.
