Yes Im back but idk how much longer ill be doing this as the forums are pretty much a ghost town lately and the whole reason I started doing this is to bring some life to the forums and get some conversations and activity so this is kinda of a heads up if I start to see that the forum is dieing/thread is staying pretty empty then this will be the last season I do these until forum activity picks up again. These rankings are based on my last thread so there is about 2 weeks of changes here

Thoughts:

Hawaii drops its last two and by pretty big margins while salty has managed to close the gap to 1 however yorick is still a massive 17 ranks behind salty but 3-5 are all close before a 8 rank gap between 5 and 6 but 6-15 are all decently within shooting distance of the team directly in front of them. Salty, Glasgow, and especially the Pelicans skyrocketed

#1 Hawaii Bulls vs #3(pro) Queen City Brewmasters

I go on vacation for a few days and Hawaii drops two games due to some very poor defense which is the complete opposite of what I know Hawaii for and to top it off they get the best pro rushing team in Queen City normally Id say this would be a close game but after watching Hawaii give up 30+ points the last two games I have to give it to the Brewmasters.

40-24 Queen City

#2 The Salty Runback vs #22(pro) Mr Men

Salty went 1-1 while I was gone but surged up the ranks with wins vs Berkeley and Glasgow and are now just 1 rank behind Hawaii. Salty even gets a pro team thats usually pretty good but has fallen on hard time in Mr. Men. If Salty wins this and Hawaii loses Salty may get their 1 spot back.

28-20 Salty

#3 Yorickshire Vase Breakers vs #46(pro) Killer Konvicts

Vase Breakers still holding on to 3rd but not by much but luckily they get a pro team that Harrisonburg beat up on. I also putting Xav on the endangered list because his forum activity has basically gone the way of the Dodo.

34-17 Vase Breakers

#4 Glasgow Rangers vs #43 Burning Up My Flex

Glasgow and Harrisonburg are neck and neck for 4th and really close to number 3 as well glasgow has a nice 4 win streak going but they get a struggling but underrated team that runs a good defense and has a mauler at hb. This will be a difficult match up for Glasgow but Im going to give them the slight nod

#5 Harrisonburg Bulldogs vs #35(pro) Nashville Ninjas

Harrisonburg has had some hard luck and bad breaks this season and still carry only 5 losses though they get a ninja team that stiffled Andes and has beat some really good teams and apparently Scott still has Andes Choking sickness so Tiddy may have to pray to bort that he gets some love from his kicker this game cause he will need it.

#6 Air Raid vs #27(pro) Warsaw Wrath

Air Raid has been the definition of Bi-polar this season. Sometimes they look unstoppable and others they look like a bunch of pop warner players. Good news they get a team they already beat, bad news they only won by 4. Will Air Raid slip this week or will they come out and make a statement?

#7 Atlantic City Hookers vs #33(pro) DeepRoute Allstars

I remember when the Hookers were a lock in 3rd and 4th but this season they seem to have gone flat, almost seeming like they settled for hold 6/7 and worse, this week they face an Allstar team that has started to learn how to finish game recently. Hookers need to find that air fast befre the free fall.

#8 Lost Lounge vs #49 Hillbilly Coondogs

Fun fact Lost Lounge is 8-1 in their last 9 after going 3-7 in their first 10. The secret to this change you might ask? Defense their defense looks much improved during this strech and they get a chance to revenge a bitter loss this week. I expect Lost Lounge to roll this game.

35-20 Lost

#9 Louisiana Screaming Pelicans vs #53 Faber Animals

Man idk what Tigerbait is feeding his receivers but this team is on a rampage right now scoring no less than 38 points in their last 5 games and they get a better faber team but I dont think they have the defense to stop the pelicans.

42-20 Pelicans

#10 Andes Chinchillas vs #11 Cobra Kai

Andes just cannot catch a break, despite having a better record than 4 of the teams in front of them and even tying Glasgows record yet they sit at #10 two spots down from their starting rank of 55 this season with only 3 bad losses (faber we just couldnt score, I cant stop a thunderoo offense, and some very odd tactics/too fancy vs Trolls) makes no sense but at least we get a good match this time around vs Cobra Kai and it should be a decent game even if we go no where in the rankings.

I apologize to 12-15 I was behind on some scouting and didn't get the time to write this up. I'll make sure that doesn't happen next thread.

Yeah, the previous journeyman games were way less fun when you were gone USC!

Don't read too much into the forum inactivity USC. We are, after all, in the heart of the summer now, right before school gets fired back up. I suspect there's quite a few doing vacations and just generally not sitting in front of the computers right now.

Lost Lounge appears to have found its stride - they are going to be a really tough game from now out

I wonder if the game against the pro ranks are inhibiting change in the journeyman rankings. Games that are lost against pro teams don't hurt as much so the upper ranked teams don't fall terribly far and since the teams at 8 and below tend to get matched with similar or lower ranked Journeyman teams they don't get big boosts for winning.

It needs to be looked at cause it retarded that Andes is sitting at 11 now despite playing better than teams in front of us. Also love how I call a perfect defense and then WRs just start diving everywhere to make undefendable catches.
