Wanted to add this since it hasnt been mentioned. If you want to get on a team start with the teams looking for players before creating a player, there are always tons of teams being built. Though I would recommend finding a team that is being built by an agent with a proven track record of activity as they will be less likely to fold their teams leaving your guys in the D league. For people who already have guys built check the teams looking for players every day, especially right around the playoffs as thats when teams are most likely to start looking to replace inactive people, upgrade positions, and just bring in fresh blood to replace a retiring guy

First Welcome to GLB2! Now to help out your build, since he is your free player I would retire him and make a new RB. I would change the attributes to
3 strength
10 speed
7 agility
5 stamina
6 awareness
4 confidence

That's just my opinion other might suggest something else. Second don't put 50 points in too conditioning right away. I would say 50 is good for a final build but not right away. Put those points into sprinting or quickness. 15-20 conditioning is fine for now. This is all my opinion. Just would be almost impossible to land on a human team with that build now. Oh and yeah keep it as experience catch up if you do remake him.

Also - get rid of the return awareness. Teams either have a specialized KR at this point in the season, or do not want one, it's not worth investing in right now. RB is the second hardest position to get a job with (QB is hardest), so good luck, but don't get discouraged. CPU teams are worth playing on to learn the game. While on a CPU team, you can still sign with a human team later (the contracts are non-binding), so sign with one now and keep looking for a forever home.

Also, Underdog, great doing this. I'll try to offer some help myself, too.

Hey I would do 2 things. First retire and remake your guy but check the option to have your xp caught up to current rookies. Don't worry about retiring You will never lose your free player. When your done with that in option under your player there is an option to open your build so the rest of us can see.

Alright we can apply points now and get him on a team or, we can work at improving the build long term and remake himagain witha few adjustments. I guess my question is do you want more guidance or would you prefer to learn by your own trial and error?

Eh, with the ability to retire him at any time I think I want to learn on my own. Plus I just got an offer from a team. But any basic tips/guidlines to follow when applying my 14000 SPs? What are more important vs. less important to improve? I want to be a speedy agile back

Alright Speed, Quickness, and Elusive running definitely your friends. Snap reaction doesn't do much we believe (The developers don't really tell us how stuff works) Carry AWR really helps right away but has diminishing returns later on it seems. We are only in season 5 so there are still plenty of questions about building players and attributes but we know what's works well for the most part. But for now speed, quickness, elusive running, carry awr should be fine

Alright unfortunately it looks like your owner is inactive? I don't think your guy will be put onto the depth chart to play . I think there is an option to release yourself. (I've never had an incative owner) Then you could sign onto a cpu team so at least you would play. You can always be signed onto a human team if you are on a cpu team. It's up to you just letting you know

Yeah, I made the mistake of assuming I was being offered a contract from an active human. I probably should have checked into that first. I am looking into releasing myself?
