I noticed that Twerk has another top play and it was against the Vase Breakers. I went to see when they played and it was a scrim on 7/10. Have scrims always been eligible to be TPs?

Scrims have always been included. I think DD runs tons of Scrims for Portland so Twerk's god-like abilities are on display more often.
Ya - I think DD uses his 8 pretty much every day --- so the probability would lean toward Twerk (or totoro) getting a lot of spotlight
