No. You can only catch up to players built in the same season as you - a rookie made now would be able to catch up to Sophomore at the end of this season. It's a "I got screwed out of XP for a game" fix, not "I want to skip seasons" fix.

yeah, it's literally just "fill up the rest of the bar" when you finish a season with an incomplete experience bar.

If you hit it on the side of the bottle it comes out much easier.
