Not loving the luck to have to play Neb week 1 - after a long holiday weekend and a fairly major roster shakeup. The only real question is how bad is the beatdown going to be?

So I am penciling in Nebraska, Minnesota, and Eagles all for sure-thing W's.

That leaves some interesting matchups

LUE vs. EEA - I think this game could go either way, but I am going to pick LUE in what may be a mild upset.

Gangsta vs. Rookies - this game could be a stud or a dud, don't know enough about Rookies to make that call but I will pick them based on nothing but a gut feeling (which could be due to all the food and beverage over the weekend). Still they are basically a two agent show, and have a S* QB so maybe they have a plan.

Pawnee vs. La Paz - this comes down to whether Pawnee can stop the QB rollout? Who knows - so I am picking La Paz to come out on top.

Lue beats EEA handily (34-7) I expected it to be a closer game.

Gangsta vs Rookie - color me SHOCKED that Gangsta comes in and beats a top 10 seasoned team.

And LaPaz Beats Pawnee in a close, close game. Just glancing at the stats- Pawnee gains almost twice as many yards...and loses.

Ouch.

Looks like new adams goes 0-2 versus old adams --- and in both cases - new adams gained more yards. Perhaps the RNG just has the hots for old adams?

I actually kind of was. I got some work to do on both sides of the ball, and didn't get a chance to do much over the weekend. Got some scrims in and they all looked horrible, so i figured we might get smacked around a bit.

oops, I just got home from 4th of july trip and didnt get any of my XP spent on my players ... I have 10,000 xp per player to spend now lol...

Well that is one way to lose a game. I haven't tried that one yet, but I can see how that would work.

yeah hopefully it doent bite us in the ass at end of season.. pretty much gave them a free win. if my team was boosted we destroy them..

Lets not lose focus here - the real tragedy is you caused my my only miss on my predictions. Let's not let that happen again.
