I am new to GLB 2 and just received a team. Can you sign sophomore players to a rookie team ? I have several sophomore players and would like to send them contract offers but select team and send offers function does not seem active. Tried this with level 3/4 players also and did not work. Is it just that you can't recruit with new teams till July 5th. Thanks for any info on this. ht.

You can only sign players that are just starting a tier. So anyone in the middle of a tier has to go up a tier. Those people also have a catch up option available right now if they want to advance their players age to that next tier.
