Why not mirror the players looking for teams?

Also lock the main forum... we don't need some of the players to be in the main forum and the rest of the players to be in the age-based subs. Grandfather the existing posts, but prevent any new posts from being made in the PLFT main forum to keep everything in the right age.

it would be very useful to break that forum into age brackets. It's pretty chaotic

its even worse now that teams are starting to double and triple post threads as their recruiting needs change

also pet peeve to people who put "currently seasoned" when they really meant "looking for journeyman"

This would help quite a bit.
