All my team have expiring contracts. How do I extend them? When I try to send them a new contract it doesnt allow me to select how many seasons. It just says contract ends Season 4 day 48.

Once the playoffs start, extensions can be sent out. The theory is that it's that way to prevent people from re-signing early in the season, and then changing their minds and complaining about needing to get out of a contract.

well damn, as someone who doesnt log in every day this sucks.

You have like a week to resign everyone.

You're not the only one that can send out contracts either, maybe have a different coach do it if they are on more often?

so is it safe to re sign contracts now? Will that go into next season?

Not yet, the contracts expire at season 4 day 48. I'm guessing once day 48 hits, it'll be safe to resign.

Well obviously day 48 it will be. But it starts before that.

I thought so too, but I just tried renewing a contract for one of my players and it's still for season 4.

Must not be for another 2 days. When playoffs start I guess.

Day 43 is when contracts can begin to be resigned.

Contracts expire on day 48, but player cuts aren't until the 51st day.

Teams wanting a reset will do so on day 49.

nm turns out it was just because the contracts were sent before today. sigh...
