For instance, could First Step and Surge possibly fire at the same time or within a tick of each other, compounding on each other's effects? And then could Mr. Reliable activate at the same time as well?

Or how about a Punter firing Pinned Deep and Three and Out at the same time? Has anyone seen evidence of something like this?

I've got a combo experimental DT who I'm building as both a tech and power rusher. He'll sometimes fire spin cycle followed by tunnel vision on passing downs.

Got a real pretty looking hurry once with a spin to get into the backfield and then a tunnel vision to blast past the HB.

yea it all depends on the rolls and the amount you have in those "powered by skils"
