#1 Run GLB vs #3 C O N V I C T E D
These two teams played earlier this season in a game that Run GLB won 17-2. Run GLB has given up 7 points or less in their last 6 games and that includes some ladder games against some quality competition. Convicted drew a journeyman opponent in their previous ladder game and gave them a run for their money, but came up a little short. Both teams feature solid defenses, but I have more confidence in Run GLB's offense. They are tough to stop. Run GLB wins 20-7
#2 The Boogie Men vs #5 New Jersey Surge
For some reason I keep picking against The Boogie Men and they keep winning. I think it's time to give them the respect they are due. They are the #2 team in rookie and the only team they have lost to is Run GLB. In the Boogie Men's last three games they have outscored their opponents 153 to 7. They will dominate you if you aren't prepared and will probably still beat you even if you do prepare. The New Jersey Surge have picked up some quality wins this season and have proven themselves to be one of the top rookie teams, but I think they are going to have trouble in this one. The Boogie Men win 23-7
#4 Men Who Herd Cats vs #6 Doinitin Djibouti 2.0
This is a game of strength against strength. The Cat Herders have a strong passing attack and they get to test it out against DD2.0's stingy pass defense. DD2.0's offense has been inconsistent, but they usually find a way to score just enough to pick up victories. I can see that happening again here. DD2.0 wins 10-3
#7 Syndicate Bayou Bengals vs #11 New York Gangsters
Last time I picked against Syndicate they ended up dominating defensively and getting a shutout. They followed that up with another shutout in their league game. The Gangsters have won a lot of games this season, but none of them have came against any teams currently in the top 25. I think New York falls back a little bit after this one as I think Syndicate is the better team at this point in the season. Syndicate wins 20-6
#8 Dublin Wolfhounds vs #89 Journeyman Team
Dublin is this weeks rookie team that gets to face a journeyman opponent. This is the same team the Surge had to play earlier in the season and they lost 50-7. I don't think any rookie team has won any of these ridiculous matchups and I don't see things changing here. Dublin loses 7-34
#9(tied) El Paso Chihuahuas vs #12 I've Never Had Sex
Here's an interesting matchup of two very similar teams. We get to see which team is best at running with their QB's and how good they are at defending something they are familiar with. I've never Had Sex have now lost 2 games in a row after winning their previous 9. They are hungry for a victory and El Paso will need to bring their best to slow them down. I have more confidence in the Sexless offense than I do in El Paso's defense. I've Never Had Sex wins 27-0
#9(tied) Torchwood Institute vs #14 Philadelphia Quakers
Torchwood has reeled off 5 shutouts in a row, including a 3-0 victory over my team that they won with a last second field goal. Their defense is legit. The Quakers are a solid team, but I don't see them breaking out offensively against Torchwood. Shutout streak goes to 6. Torchwood wins 14-0

Interesting match up for us with Convicted this week, they get a shot at revenge and had just got screwed into a journeymen team last week. I'm sure it's going to be a good one.
