Your responsibilities will include creating the game plan and tactics for all ladder games and scouting opposing defenses and providing input for all league games. I will still be calling the plays for league games but once you prove yourself it will likely be more of a time share. Experience preferred, but not necessary (since league games aren't too serious to us, this might be a good chance to get your feet wet if you have little to no experience and start learning).
