Can we please, please, please fix the ladder matches next?


Rookies should only play rookies

Adder plays in rookie. That being said MO's biggest problem is that it doesn't at all match the description. If the OLB's crashed the middle like they are supposed to there would be no worries. I have been saying this for 2 seasons now but its like hey MO is fine because its the best inside run defense lets not fuck with it.

SAs that don't activate.

Knocked looses that should be fumbles.

4th quarter and end of half FG kicking

etc./other minor fixes that should be easy (not sure though) to do and have a positive impact on the game in anyone's eyes - something that the game could use.

My main things of concern right now.

- Playcalling matching the criteria. Middle Overload is an inside run blitz it should be considered as such. There is too much considered short or medium that should be considered the other way. Example being some of the Man Base defenses. Would honestly like Boxes for right and left blitz plays. Blitz on itself just isn't all that helpful when you need overloads of some sorts for the vast laziness of OC's out there.

- Matching the plays with the diagrams (MO I have already discussed. And there are other plays too) and getting the heuristic coverages to match what you expect from the play. (A lot of the quarter/dime/nickel packages could use better coverage defaults as CB's stand there doing nothing, especially in Man Base coverage. Unacceptable and would help coverage a ton.)

Definitely some of this stuff. Only SA I know of that doesn't activate is Commander Coverage for kickoffs right? KL that isn't a fumble I have only seen a handful of times. There are definitely some odd bugs throughout that could use fixing. Those aren't as frustrating though. More confusing than anything.

Late 4th quarter and OT stuff definitely need help. Some late 2nd quarter stuff too. Needs to be some better logic in the Max FG stuff as a whole. Doesn't always match up with the Max and the Safe tries.

Beyond that the stats pages need huge help. I don't understand why the stats pages haven't been on top of the list? Team stats/player stats in the leagues. Come on. People love this stuff. Even in the HoF I literally need to click each individual guy after the top 3 just to compare stats. Its annoying.

I think the game could be pretty good with those fixes above. Ya you are still gonna have to tinker and refine shit but those are huge areas of needs in this game.

Yes I've raged so many times at the end of a half as my team casually lets the final 30 seconds of the clock run down at the opposing 25 yard line. Please fix the logic there.

Yeah fixing the smother plays would be nice

it wasnt until blocking and outside running got KOd.

Id like block pathing for run plays to be fixed as a small token to those who like to run outside.

Oh for sure. I'd like to see it get better too. I guess from a defensive perspective (which I usually view things through) there's no play that I can run 100% of the time and win. Against middle overload spam, it's particularly weak to things like outside breaking routes from WR3 in the dime, and some of the inside running plays. Of course there's things that don't work... and the hardest part is if you hit that play on 1st and 10 you lose your drive.

really? I've never used MO and my run D playbook is pretty damn good at stopping inside runs. Might have to give that a shot.

Id like to see a global nerf to all passing. Some teams do nothing but pass and they seem to win.
