Why not have Live Play Calling? Gives the coaches more control and makes having a staff and working together much more important.

It is on their radar. Though it will never be a part of league/ladder play because you will never get coordinators to sit down during a scheduled time to play each other consistently.
Personally I don't even think it is worth the bother at all with all the things this game could use.
