No picks for week 1 because I had nothing to go off of. It's hard enough to game plan while blind let alone make some wild predictions!

Last Week 0-0
Overall 0-0

Onto the Week 2 Picks:

River City Ransom vs New Jersey Surge - RCR lost a close defensive battle in week 1 against what I consider a promising team in Woof Woof. While NJS won easily against CCL. Although it is early I believe this game has implications for ALPHA DIV. Can RCR find their Offense, did NJS learn anything from beating up on the little guy? I believe this game will be competitive and it will go a long way in deciding who will push Woof Woof for ALPHA supremacy! I say RCR wins 20-10 due to their 7 superstars in a good balanced game.

Capital City Longhorns vs Woof Woof - Best team in ALPHA vs the worst team in ALPHA. Woof Woof wins big here, taking advantage of I think a first time owner. Does CCL have any magic up their sleeves? I don't think so. I am predicting Woof Woof wins 35-0 in a one sided game.

Mannheim Jaguars vs Bradford Bulldogs - Battle of the "Big Fat Zeros", neither of these teams found any success on the Offensive side of the ball in week 1, they were both held to Zero points. Hard to say which team has more potential on that side of the ball but the same can not be said about D. Mannheim held SBB to 3 points which came by way of a field goal in the 4th. BB let their opponent hang 31 unanswered points on them and they looked over matched all game in week 1. I say Mannheim wins 17-0 in a one sided, low scoring game.

Vandelay Industries vs Bayou Bengals - BETA DIV race heats up in week 2 with a potential playoff preview game. Vandelay had their way with BB last week, throwing the ball all over the place. While SBB played to a near tie vs MJ. Both Defenses blanked their opponents last week and both rosters have superstar players on both sides of the ball. Can SBB find some rhythm on Offense? Was BB too easy for Vandy in week 1? I am predicting a (biased) win for the Bengals 10-7 with another game winning 4th quarter field goal.

Miami Blazers vs Norfolk Tides - Both teams somehow lost close games to complete CPU teams last week. Hard to predict GAMMA DIV this season but here goes nothing... I give the early advantage to MB due to a semi complete roster which includes a superstar WR. They need to throw to him more than 6 times a game if they expect him to carry their team when they play against ALPHA and BETA teams later this season. For some reason I feel like the Tide will come away with a win here. NT wins 24-20.

Tuxedo Dinosaurs vs Tampa Grizzlies - Two complete CPU teams. I like the Dino's team name better. Dino's win 24-21 in a game filled with default playbooks and tactics.

Until proven otherwise, I think Surge is the team to beat in Alpha. Their first game was dominant.

Great write up! I just D-Coordnited a shutout for Vandelay Industries but I won't be D-Coordinating for them next week.

I don't believe in talking trash or underestimating any opponent. Any team can win or lose on any given dot game. As for the write up, they are fun to read but we won't know the extent of this season until we are more than half way through it.

My prediction is it will be 7-7, and your team will have a last second chance to win on an FG. However, after being sat out of the depth charts in week 1, tremele's kicker will exact revenge for you outsmarting him by placing a TE in the kicker spot. He'll then gently lob it straight into the hands of one of our CBs, who will run it back for a game winning TD.

Great game ahnonamis. It was closer than the score indicated. I was nervous the entire game because I know how explosive Vandelay's passing attack can be. Hopefully I can get my D-Coordinator job back
