=== BETA DIVISION ===

Beta has had a different division winner each of the first 3 seasons. In addition they have also had the last 2 wildcard winners as well. Beta also has been the strength of Osprey as previously was the most competitive division. It doesn't look to far from that this season as all 4 teams are in the top 35.

Ministry of Dotball - Ladder Rank : 23

Accolades:
- 1 Time Division Champion
- 1 Time Wildcard Winner
- 1 Time Championship Runner-Up

Ministry each and every season has been in the playoff hunt. The only season they missed the playoffs was season 2 when they retooled the whole offense which lead them to missing the wildcard by a hair in the last game of the season. Ministry tends to focus more on the pass than the run but they have proven they can pound the ball when need to. Defensively they tend to play a bend don't break defense that can backfire against certain teams. They will have to rely on the defense to shore up some of that bend to make a strong run.

Projected Record : 10-4 Division Winner

Alpine - Ladder Rank : 17

Accolades:
- 1 Time Division Champion
- 1 Time Championship Runner-Up

Alpine came into Osprey in season 2 and absolutely took it by storm. Either Osprey didn't know how to handle them or they were firing on all cylinders to prove a point. They lost a close game against Tampa for the championship and ever since they have struggled to hold ground in Beta. Last season they missed the playoffs, but seemed to make a turn for the positive later in the season.

Projected Record : 8-6

Rocky Mountain Reapers - Ladder Rank : 35

Reapers are a one man band that this is the first season in Osprey. They are a pass first style offense that seems to have taken a turn down late in season 3. It is unknown how well they will fare in Osprey this season, but they have proven they can play with the big boys in the past.

Projected Record : 8-6

Detroit Foreclosures - Ladder Rank : 21

Accolades:
- Season 2 Playoff Wildcard
- Season 3 Division Winner

Detroit proved they were a powerhouse last season by winning the #1 overall record as well as blowing away the Beta division. Since their 2nd consecutive 1st round loss of the playoffs the team owner has decided to walk away, leaving the GM in charge of the team. There is going to be some learning curve as well as chemistry issues to account for here. Detroit previously was a pass first team that when they started to click in the pass game would pound it to slow the game down. Defensively they would rely on 3rd downs to stop you or turnovers to make you pay. This season due to above reasons they will struggle, but they will find their footing late in the season.

Projected Record : 4-10

entirely plausible..but i don't see detroit slipping that much...i did step down as owner because i didn't have the time to put into it like i used to, but i am still very much a part of the team and i love love love the moves the new owner has made...dont underestimate motiak...the guy has a good vision and the team is looking really good.

I can see it both ways, though I do think chem will hurt early on in the divisional play.

it is entirely possible, but i don't know, the improvements to the defense plus a lot of players on the team are still full chem so..its really tough for me to say...i think detroit is going to be in a lot more high scoring games then it is used to though.
