Smooth hips SA
This corner posseses smooth hips and can turn and rotate very quickly

Ability type - Passive
Powered by - Coverage technique, Footwork
Activation condition - quickly rotating or turning in a > 45 degree angle
Duration - 0.3 to 0.6 seconds
While active - CB turning speed is increased by 30%

Level two can be 0.6 to 1.0 seconds at 40% increase,
and Level three can be 1.0 to 1.4 seconds at 50% increase.

Yes let's have an sa do what footwork does without being powered by footwork.

I think a player with high footwork should lose little to no speed when turning out of a backpedal without needing an SA.

Footwork... backpeddle and sidestep.

Quickness... change direction (turning).

Anytime you are rotating your body that is footwork.

Rotating your facing is quickness, Footwork is moving with having the same facing... Granted Awareness/Teq skills tend to override or make that less.

No, it isn't. Which is why CB's with no footwork and tons of quickness still suck.

Both Spin and Spin Cycle. Because Footwork controls circular rotation and how well you do it.

This. Footwork is necessary to rotate your body while still maintaining as much velocity as possible (speed in the same direction), and without losing balance.

Quickness is the ability to plant your feet and alter your velocity (whether it be speed and/or direction). Starting, stopping, cutting.

A CB covering a streak would use more footwork, less quickness than a CB covering a hook. Everything else would be varying degrees of the two in the middle.
