I was under the assumption that we can get S* points for positions we made, ie my OT with tier 1 S*, but we couldn't make if we already had a S* of that tier. I'm only getting points for tier 3 at this point. Bug or working as intended?

No you only get points when you retire your superstar in use. Once you make the S* and he plays a game that's it you have to refill the tier once they are retired

Otherwise you could always have 3 superstars (if you earned while you had one)

for the amount of joes im paying for, I should always be allowed to have 3 S*s

oh well fml now i gotta come up with a new long term S* plan.

well when you retire your SS in the end just do it the day before this one, may skip a ladder game but at least you get SS points for the season, and if you get enough you could even create a SS so you don't go a whole season with out a SS

Different question, am I mistaken when it comes to the S* points?

Rookie to Sophomore: +1
Sophomore to Seasoned: +1
Seasoned to Journeyman: +1

Is that correct?

I have:

Journeyman G: +3
Journeyman DT: +3 (retired today)
Seasoned G: +2
Seasoned P: +2
Sophomore C: +1 (retired today)
Sophomore OT: +1

And I'm stuck with 9 out of 10.

Players created after day 24 don't get credit for their first career tier.

Would you mind pointing me to where that is officially written?

On the player creation screen there's a question mark or something you can hover over next to the experience checkbox where this is explained. You can't view until next season starts, though, as the experience option isn't available until then.

I did it the old fashioned way, watching 20 linebackers fuck around in the cpu league.
