Right now the tiebreakers are:

h2h, points allowed, points for

For division champ only: after h2h it should include division record and then current point system

For wildcard only: after h2h keep same format with points system

In case of 3+ tie: determine division winners first, then remove them from the equation and go to wildcard tie breakers

But if that tie breaker is for the wild card - wouldn't that give a FURTHER advantage to a guy in a horrible division?

I've always believed that where possible - tie breakers should be decided by head to head record....if they split - then by who won by more points.

That doesn't solve 3 ways though necessarily - but even in a 3 way - all different divisions - I'd prefer margin of victory of those specific games (2 games each)

It wouldn't be hard to have a different tiebreaker for division winner and wildcard.

Should only apply to teams in the same division tbqh

Which is the situation HayRow is in

D'Haran 5-1
Rhode Island 4-2

With Rhode Island in the playoffs instead of D'Haran

Then in my opinion it should be head to head. If they each won one....who ever won by the most moves on.

No because for the wildcard there will be a h2h winner unless it's people fighting for the wildcard in the same division, then it can loop back to division record

Wild Card should never be decided by Division record but Division for sure should. That was the first thing I said right after Bort announced what the tie breakers were.

Wild card can't be decided by division because you only play once with each other team so there will be a h2h victor...

Can get more tricky with more than 2 teams vying for the Wild Card though. As in the case with 2 of my leagues right now.

And if it ends in a tie?

In-division tiebreakers should be decided by H2H, division, points against,...

non-division tiebreakers should be decided by H2H, points against, points for,... ignoring the division
because of this

3+ team tiebreakers should be decided by only counting all games between these teams and than record, points against, points for,....
