It should be possible to get cut when the owner is inactive.

Getting 0-7 plays a game is extremely boring, and it definetely lowers the game experience drastically for me when I don't play an entire season because the owner is inactive.

Being a back-up is OK with me, but only if it is on a team with an active owner.

Once an owner goes inactive the team turns CPU and you can sign with whomever you choose. A much better system than classic IMO.
