Subject pretty much says it all.
We're currently the #3 sophomore team and if you want to join a very good team, we need peeps.
For the kicker, you need to be very much about accurate field goals. We'll live with the defense starting on the 30 instead of the 20, and not being able to boom 50 yard field goals, but we can't really live with misses in the red zone.
For the DT, I have pretty specific roles for each position in my defense, and the DT guys eat up and beat blockers in the run game. That means ideally I want good sized DT's with a lot of Break Run Block, Hold Ground, Balance, and Footwork.
