Ok - I'm getting to be more and more a slacker.

#16 Holy Guac vs # 24 D'Haran @ 7am
Both teams have had a rough couple of weeks. But D'Haran's week has been just a little bit rougher

#5 Stunners vs #9 Alaska Assassins @ 4pm
Tough game for the stunners. Assassins have had some big wins and their losses have been very, very close. They have a very strong passing game and that is something the Stunners haven't faced much (among good teams)

#44 Shrooms vs #36 Denver Demolition @ 5pm - I don't know what is up with the shrooms. They seem to disappoint most weeks. I can't figure it out

#33 EEA vs #40 Stark Dire Wolves @ 4pm - no clue

#6 Sexy Dance Fighters vs #2 Nigerian Minimares - great game! Does SDF put in a game plan? Do they rely heavily on the GL sweep? This is a great match up against a team that thinks they are the best (minimares) and posts at least 50 times per day in the forums about how good they are!

#15 Nebraska vs #20 Denver Nightmares - Nebraska is on a roll after a tough start to the season - but they've been playing STRONG.

#3 Madden All Stars vs #1 Baby Banger - Madden is pretty quiet (except in his own league forum where he is like flavor flav meets ricky bobby meets the green teletubby). Banger is another team who just about constantly talks about how awesome they are (:cough: loldrake) Should be a great game either way.


With 4 teams in the top 16 -- I think John Adams would be proud of his namesake league.

NERF- To make worse or weaken, usually in the context of weakening something in order to balance out a game. So Viper, Steve is correct and we have been misunderstanding this term for quite some time......Now can someone tell me what numnber comes after 20...I ran out of fingers and toes

I actually set my playbook for this ladder game... do not want a repeat for last week. Still, the matchup concerns me because I do not what defense I am going to see from them.

dont worry it becomes less effective from here out.

I would be inclined to believe that to vipermaw, but if you look at Tampa Bay, http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/team/455, they still use a running QB. It involves building the whole team for this purpose. It loses some of its effectiveness, but this is only based on SP limitations and the increased cost associated with building QB's this way.
