That was as tight of coverage as you could get. The CB had safety help over the top. The CB has good deflection and intercepting skill.

But nope. The mediocre at best WR catches the ball.

it happens... LL and HBurg both struggled today against inferior competition... not sure how I passed you in ladder (maybe because of ladder rankings of teams we each played) but i'm ok with it

Xavori see you in the ladder game in 36ish hours

If all it took was to put 2 defenders in an area this game would be pretty easy.

Better to be frustrating than boring.

If players never made plays then it would be a snoozefest.

No kidding. This is three in a row.

This would be awesome since Zorp was a challenge and it'd be my third chance at that cookie Asheme promised me if we shut them out, but Asheme isn't here so beating them the last two times has been pretty hollow

Nope. U iz no Zorp. U no can haz LL.

And ya, your league opponent was significantly more challenging, and hence more ELO valuable, than ours. Good luck with Salty tho. The two of you playing each other likely guarantees us moving to number 2 since one of you will most likely lose, and I suspect we'd gain enough ELO in our Zorp game to get past you, although not Salty, if y'all tied.

we can totally trade.... i'd muuuuuuuuuccccchhhh rather play zorp than salty.

Thats now 3x vs salty (1-1 before this game), 3x vs LSP (3-0) in ladder.... wtf. This ladder logic needs to be improved. I want to play someone new!

that statement is a little too generic... not all CPU games are easy

Try this one

(Ignore the playcall, this was a scrim with a Defense intended for another team)

Why (@64 clicks) would a defender who is making a bee-line for the ball carrier, turn around and engage a blocker?!

I feel ya... I have stuff like that happen a few times every game

check out my MLB here at around frame 30... gets stuck behind an invisible wall? A TFL turns into a 10 yard gain

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/49138/2235169

a few plays later... a VERY similar situation... LOLB playing man-to-man in a base D spazzes out around frame 10

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/49138/2235240

and again

1. Hes not good enough with his mental skills to make the tackle.

2. HE was engaged, remember the images we see aren't law. I think "joes may be closer then they appear" applies here.
