After rookie level, you have to 'request' the contracts from the offer tab. It took me a little while to figure this out. I know that there are still Sophomore CPU teams. I'd imagine there are some Seasoned as well. So, to ask the obvious, have you requested a contract yet?

Thanks. With your help I was able to finally find request an offer and I am now on a CPU team.
